Santiago - Chile

Welcome to Santiago! Our beautiful capital lies between two ranges of mountains: the Cordillera of the Andes and of the Coast and is situated only 110 km from the Pacific Ocean.
So within one hour you can be skiing in a skiing center or enjoying a sea food meal at the sea side.

You can enjoy a glass of wine at a winery only 30 minutes from the city centre.
In our historical centre you will find different museums from Art to History .

The “Cafés with Legs” are something you can’t miss, as well as the Central Fish Market and the “Vega Central”.
One of the houses of the Chilean Poet Pablo Neruda lies in Bellavista, where you have a choice of bars, restaurants and theatres.
The Barrio Brasil was the first residencial area in Santiago and has well preserved mansions of a beautiful architecture that mix with new restaurants and bars as well as cultural centres and antiques shops.

You can take the metro on a Sunday and visit the flea market of “Franklin” or the antiques market of the Plaza Peru and end up drinking a fruit juice or a cold beer in one of the Restaurant-bars of Isidora, a new sector of Las Condes.

If you wish to see handicraft you can visit the Pueblito de Los Dominicos, where you will find a great variety of handicraft of all parts of the country.
